Aleksei Archer is a talented and multi-faceted American actress. Her birthplace is New York. That same year she was hired as an intern in An American Place restaurant for an entire year. Guarnaschelli began her journey into the culinary world in the kitchen watching mom, who was editing cookbooks try out a wide range of recipes. She was a chef under Larry Forgione and then at numerous restaurants across New York France and Los Angeles including Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot. She was eventually appointed executive chef at Butter. Guarnaschelli battled Cat Cora on Food Network's Iron Chef America 2007 Farmers Market Battle. In the years since, she's been on the show as a guest judge. In addition, she participated in The Next Iron Chef Season Four in 2011, where she finished third. In addition, she competed in the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast episode but was eliminated from the competition. Following the conclusion of The next Iron Chef's 4th season, she was made sous-chef for Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian. She hosted The Food Network program The Cooking Loft along in conjunction with Alex Guarnaschelli. In this program, she taught a bunch of small students how to reinvent classic recipes.
